Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We deliver across Australia with the following options:

  • Standard flat rate shipping fee of $19.95 AUD.
  • Express flat rate shipping of $29.95 AUD.
  • Complimentary standard shipping is available on all orders over $199 AUD.

 

We have a 1-2 business day handling time on processing and dispatching, excluding weekends and public holidays. Whilst we take great care to ensure all deliveries get dispatched in the allocated time period, in times of higher than normal order volume this may extend the 1-2 business day processing time.

All orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse, using Australia Post. The average transit time for delivery is:

  • Standard: 2-9 business days.
  • Express: 1-3 business days.

 

Please note that your delivery address may influence these times (eg, if you live in an outer regional area). And we cannot deliver to a PO Box.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse, using standard Australia Post.

We have a 1-2 business day handling time on processing and dispatching all international orders, excluding weekends and public holidays. However, during periods where there are a large number of orders, such as sales, handling times may be slightly delayed.

Any additional charges, including import taxes & duties, are incurred at the expense of the customer. Please note, in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as 'gift' for export purposes. If you have any questions regarding the price of duties and taxes in your country, it is advised you contact your local customs office. Refunds will not be provided on orders unclaimed at your local customs office.

All orders will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Once your order has been received and dispatched, we cannot alter address details. Please note, you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.  

JUCA is not liable for any delays and all tracking updates should be followed up by the customer. If packages are lost or unclaimed, the customer will be required to pay redelivery fees.
