Working with chef Jed Gerrard, each JUCA meal has been created with real care for flavour and balance.
Slow-cooked beef broth with roasted vegetables and native bush tomato. Free-range chicken with coconut, mango and lemon myrtle. Wild-caught salmon with sweetcorn and bush basil. Grass-fed lamb with minted peas. Root vegetables with chia and native thyme.

GENUINELY SAVOURY. NOT SIMPLY FRUIT FREE.
Being genuinely savoury is about more than whether a recipe contains fruit.
Our chicken recipe brings together free-range chicken with mango, coconut and lemon myrtle. What we don’t do is rely on sweeter ingredients such as puréed apple or puréed pumpkin across our meals.
NO FILLER INGREDIENTS. FULL STOP.
No grain fillers. No fruit fillers. No vegetable fillers. Nothing added simply to bulk out the meal.
We don’t define fillers by an ingredient category. We define them by what they’re doing in the recipe. At JUCA, every ingredient has to earn its place in the right proportion for what it brings to the meal.
