From 3-hat Sydney restaurants and Michelin-starred kitchens in Europe, to launching two of Perth’s most acclaimed restaurants - Wildflower and Hearth, Chef Jed Gerrard brings his culinary artistry to every JUCA recipe, while continuing to helm some of Australia’s finest kitchens at Will’s Domain in Margaret River, the Whitehorse in Sydney, and the Karajini Eco Retreat.

He transforms carefully selected Australian produce into savoury-first meals that invite curiosity and delight tiny palates, drawing on his mastery of flavour and technique.
